The Birchwood Suite is a dedicated business meeting room for up to 35 in our Stansted Hotel

Several bedrooms can be converted into syndicate rooms, generally adjacent to the Birchwood Suite and these will typically accommodate between 6 and 10 delegates.

The Birchwood Suite is equipped with:

• "All Day" chairs with arms and lumber supports
• 75cm deep cherry wood finish tables
• Presenters stand for OHP, laptop computer, data projector and notes
• 28 inch wide screen television with VHS video player and DVD
• 5ft x 5ft drop down screen
• Working walls with whiteboards, flipcharts and pens
• Broadband Internet access for multiple users
• "Toolkit"

Room capacities:
Below are noted a series of frequently requested room layouts and capacities:
 - Theatre - Up to 35 delegates
 - Boardroom - Up to 20 delegates
 - U-shape - Up to 16 delegates (with no equipment)
 - Classroom - Up to 15 delegates
 - Hollow Square - Up to 16 delegates

Syndicate rooms:
Our syndicate rooms are generally fitted to accommodate between 6 and 10 people in either a boardroom style table or round table.

Parking:
We have free car parking at the hotel for up to 100 cars.
