All rates quoted are per room per night and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and breakfast where stated.

We are a family friendly hotel and offer FREE accommodation for two children under 15 years of age who share a room with two adults; the only thing you have to pay for is their meals. If you have any more children who are 15 or under (or if you just prefer the added privacy), you can book another room at a 25% discounted tariff, subject to availability.
Corporate tariffs can be negotiated and enquiries for these should be made through the Hotel Manager, Jayne Chapman who can be contacted on 01270 884 000.
Please be advised that smoking at the hotel is only permitted in designated bedrooms. External smoking areas have been established for those using the bars and restaurant.

Cancellation Notice:
Cancellation of accommodation advised more than 12 hours prior to the date of arrival will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellation of accommodation advised less than 12 hours prior to the date of arrival will incur a full cancellation fee.
A cancellation fee is equal to the total of one night's accommodation charge and is inclusive of breakfast and VAT at the current rate.
All cancellation charges are subject to the hotel being able to re-let the cancelled accommodation. If re-let, the cancellation charge will be dropped.
